I've had the BMW from new, a little over three years. My wife insisted on us getting a black one, despite what everybody said about black cars. Everything was fine, then I started getting a few marks appearing and the finish was smeary. The car had been AutoGlym'd from new, but I wasn't happy with the finish it gave me. Then the real trouble began. Whilst removing a large bird deposit from the middle of the bonnet, I managed to leave a large scratched area. Off to the dealers to get it polished out. The car came back and you could see where it had been polished. It looked OK from one angle but not if you caught the light on it. They had also washed it a couple of times. Everywhere I looked, I could see little marks in the paint.
I started to think that I was the only person that noticed these marks, or cared enough to do anything about them. Then I remembered seeing Fifth Gear and watching the Maserati being cleaned. A quick Google on the Internet, and I had found the Miracle website. I visited the website everyday for a fortnight, reading the testimonials, looking at the pictures, and reading about what was available. This, I thought, is somebody else who hates seeing marks in paintwork. I emailed Paul and decided to go ahead and book.
Paul arrived on time and immediately started work. I took a few 'before' photographs and left Paul to it. I kept popping out to see what he was doing. Each time it was a different step in the Miracle process. I kept checking to see if he needed anything, but Paul is self-sufficient and I did not want to distract him from the task in hand. I tried not to look at the car while it was being worked on. This was my pride and joy....
Eventually, some eleven hours later the doorbell rang. Paul had finished and the car was ready for inspection. The car looked magnificent. It was better than it had been when we collected it from the dealers. It looked blacker than it had done and was definitely shiny. The colours in the metallic paint now sparkle again! The finish is now so smooth and glossy, I keep going into the garage just to look at it. I'm now looking forward to cleaning it again and keeping it as shiny as it is now.
Pauls attention to detail is amazing. Every inch of the car was washed, cleaned, polished, waxed to perfection. I was amazed by the results. Another Miracle delivered. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul to anybody, whether you own a Ferrari, Aston Martin, or a baby BMW like mine. He's a thoroughly nice person, dedicated to making your car look better than new. I'll certainly be booking Paul again when the car needs treating again. When it's time to order the next new BMW, I will get in contact with Paul to prepare it to his exacting standards. It will be another black one. I'm not letting anybody else touch my car again.
