I have owned my BMW ACS5 3.0d Touring for 2 1/2 years and always thought I was meticulous with its cleaning. Never going through a car wash, only washing by hand etc, and was very proud of it. I had used ***** products myself since owning another BMW and hearing of them from BMWCC, but felt I did not get the best so I asked A.N.Other detailer last year to do my car. It was 'OK' but not that much better than my own efforts, so I wondered if ***** was really as good as was cracked up to be.
Then I booked an appointment with Paul in August. Wow! Firstly I spent nearly an hour on the telephone to suss him out (as I drove over from Luxembourg). I found he was highly knowledgable on his product range and very passionate about the end result of his work. I booked the appointment, but before driving over had to change twice. He was always happy to accomodate as I was driving so far.
He arrived punctually (in an immaculately maintained Merc van) and started work immediately, continuing for nearly 10 hours.
The difference was totally amazing. All the small marks on the tailgate had disappeared, and a 'blob' of sap I have tried to remove for 9 months - gone. The cars finish was as smooth as silk, water just trickled off the bonnet. His expertise in using the products, along with his immense knowledge of carcare are unsurpassed. I had never seen my cars colour (Velvet Blue Metallic) so bright in the sunlight. It was outstanding. I cannot wait for the next application to maintain the deep lustre .
I am a perfectionist with my cars, and did not think I could find another person the same as me .
